What are you hoping to find on an original will that is not on the copy.
Does the newspaper not say why the will went to the High Court?

A 1906 is probably typed anyway rather than handwritten.

Now that all wills are being scanned there are plans to destroy originals - even old wills from notable & infamous historical figures.

I have just received a copy will and probate from 1906 in respect of my great, great grandfather. I had found out about there having been a High Court action in respect of a will as a result of a general search on line. In Wales all newspapers are digitised by the National Library - certainly up to this date.
I was hoping to see the original will and also copies of the court pleadings. Does anyone know if these are kept from that long ago and if so where can I apply for copies?
Many thanks
