Hi.
I wonder if anyone could give me some advice, as to why ,on a Marriage record found on FBMD 1940, It does give the Grooms Christian and surname, however it only does give the Brides surname. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Now that I did receive your successful suggestions with regards to a Marriage Record. I wonder would I be in order to ask, if its possible for a look up on the 1921 Census, for the Groom, one George Jarvis (B) 1914 Pontypool Monmouthshire.
If I am incorrect in asking, I must apologize.

He's in Pontypool in 1921 with his parents William George 1871 and Mary Jane 1876 (nee Jones), and siblings Charles Herbert 1905, Mary Jane 1908, and William George 1902.

I'm sure someone with a sub to FMP will post the full details in a few minutes.
