Per Electoral Roll, another person, with a different surname, was living at the same address as Charles from at least 2002 onwards, and is still there.

Then search for Charles Peter Coatman , with Altrincham as the "optional key word". You don't need to put in any other search terms.

There is only one result, which is the correct one.
The other person's name is shown there.

To see the full address, click on the document symbol at the right hand side of the search result.

If you do another search, this time for the other person's name, in Altrincham, you will see that they are still listed at that address in the 2024 Electoral Roll.

I found the other persons name as Pauline H Pasquill.I will write them a letter on snail mail as no car nowadays. Cant find a landline phone number. No telephone directories are given now.

Pauline, whom you mention, is not on any Electoral Roll anywhere, as far as I can see.
Where did you find that name?

I think it was Companies House. A company now dissolved called TOREX RETAIL LTD.
I have been assuming that Charles Peter Coatman must deceased by now as born in 1921
