Those birty registrations are correct though

Took a look at rose and it confirms father Samuel occ carpenter .mother Cecilia nee white

Born 23.8.1878

How did you find her father as Samuel ?

That birth posted father is John not Samuel

It does seem that your first information could be correct for the individual that we are looking for, as her Father was Samuel Williams and her MMN was White.
