Trying to locate some of these post 1851/1841 Census

Robert and Harriett Evans are my 3rd GG parents and had the following children.

Mary Ann Evans (my 2nd G Grandmother): I have her in 1841 Census but she does not marry my 2nd G Grandfather until 1855 but cannot find her in 1851.

John Evans: I have researched this line so am okay here.

I suspect Robert and Harriet died between 1851 and 1861 but cannot see any death records that would fit.

Edit Robert Evans died between 1851 and 1855! note is on the marriage cert for Mary Ann

George Thomas Evans & Frederic Evans and Edward Evans I have been going through death records just in case but not seeing anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you got the marriage cert for her address. And whether her father is noted as deceased

Who did she marry ?

No, cos they didnt do marriage certs in 1823? or am I wrong..

You said she married in 1855 !

Sorry that was for Mary Ann Evans who I cant find in 1851 census but married in 1855 she lived at 5 Warner Place and she married George Hills who lived at 27 Warner Place in Bethnal Green.

Ive looked at it again and its says Robert Evans was deceased so that answers a question...staring at me in the face!!

I have edited my post to make it clearer who/What I am asking about.

Well he may not have died in St George in the east if he was in hospital in another reg district

Have you found Harriet on later census

Edward James Evans Died in 1841 and have purchased digital DC and confirms its him

There is not a Harriet Evans born 1805 +/- 5 years in Essex showing on the 1861 census

There was also a Robert

So they had two boys called Robert and the first one died?

There are various possibilities for Mary Ann Evans in 1851, especially if the year of birth wasn't recorded correctly.
