Can you be sure that the 2003 person is your relative?

The person born in 1967 was not registered in Trowbridge and their name has a different spelling.

Look on the electoral lists search at the top right of this page and you will see many more recent possible listings for Craig.

I know this relative is alive
He was born in 1967 in Trowbridge. I've found him on the electoral roll for 2003 living in St George, Bristol.
I believe he has a child and partner or wife.
Other than that, I can't find out anything
Where would you experts in searching suggest I look next?
I've tried to check the electoral roll and telephone directory
