I am looking for the parents of John Beeton born 1809 at Great Paxton Huntingdonshire died 30 June 1880 at Buningyong Victoria Australian.He married a Sarah Jane Safford 27th July 1839 at Great Paxton, she was born 1820 Colmworth Bedfordshire died 13 July 1885 at Hamilton New South Wales Australia.
I think the parents might be John C Beeton & Ann Knight but it is not confirmed ???
I have the 1851 Census for John & Sarah so must have come to Australia after 1851

I think a move from Thorne’s to Great Paxton is possible. Interesting that An. Is a widow. So Knight is not her maiden name.

This Ann is on the same page as John, his mother maybe? Surname should be Beaton.
