The deciding factor may well be the age when marrying. The one who married Tinsley was a minor. The 1871 census age tallies with 1861 posted above

I am thinking it is looking to be more likely that its Joseph Tinsley but wont know for sure until I obtain the marriage certificate. The only thing that puts doubt in my mind at the moment is that the witness to the grundy marriage is Martha Hill and Ann did have a sister called Martha.
