All the trees on Ancestry concur with what Erika has posted. But you have to ask yourself of is this right? As neither of them were reasonably local to London why were they there?

That information tallies with what I have on family of my mothers side.
I’m trying to fathom how they married in Chelsea when they both seem to be from Norfolk/Suffolk.

Some possibilities

She was an orphan.............perhaps in service in London.

OR................didn't want to caught out lying about her father, which the local vicar would have probably known

So, if you have all the info...................you must have known she was illegitimate, and Frederick Ingle was 'imaginary'

Frederick Ingle was a Carpenter, dated 3/2/1867.
George Covell (father of Thomas) was an agriculturist.
