I have sent for certificates I am awaiting their delivery . Yes I am looing on BMD for births, but have to find out if this is the correct Smith family line. before sending more certificates as its expensive

You haven’t said if you’ve done anything about looking in ‘search all members trees’

You could buy recent death certs for details of informants

Cyril was single in 1939.
There is a closed record on the register, which COULD be a sister, born 1925

To find out if the 1941 marriage is his, get a copy of the cert. If it is, follow through on the Smith/Trenfield births on freebmd

I have the Dryden Elliston family

But not Smith side her first husband that is who I am trying to find
