Find Ancestors

Hi, am looking for a friend's Grandfather. Albert Wright born 12/6/1889 at Holbeach, Lincs. He comes up on the 1901 census as 11 years old with Father Charles,42, wife Rebecca 33 and Alberts siblings Alfred 21, Fanny 17, Bertie 16, and Millicent 14. My friend remembers the names of Bertie, Millie and Alf as being her Grandfathers siblings so I'm pretty sure on the right track.
Going back to 1891 census, Charles 33, but wife is Emma33, with Alfred11, Mabel 9 ,Fanny 7, Bertie 5, Millicent 3 but no Albert!! I have tried various ways of finding Albert but no luck. Obviously he must be somewhere if he was born in 1889 and that is his correct date of birth, been checked.
I did find a death for an Emma Ann Wright, June qtr 1892 age 35 in Holbeck also on same page a baby Florence Mary born and died, so Emma possibly died in childbirth??

Can't find births for Charles or his sisters Emma and Matilda listed in 1861 above.

But birth registration wasn't compusory in England until 1875.

Can't see a marriage of a John Wright and Susan Cook.

1861 - Susan said to be born Holbeach.
1871 (if it's the same family as in 1861) - says she was born in Essex.
1881 - Dunmore (?), Kent. [ There doesn't seem to be any such place.]
