Probably NOT Lilian's husband, as the female living with him in 2002 had a different forename, and the house was sold in Jan 2003.
But, if you wish to further the enquiry, the advice about getting Lilian's death cert makes absolute sense

I can't see Lilian on the ER on FMP, and one would have expected her to be visible in 2002 at least.

Lilian's on the ER on GR, at an address in Newent, Gloucestershire from at least 2002 until 2006.
The house doesn't appear to have been sold since then - but of course she might have been a tenant, and not the owner.

Wendy C Brooks was with her during that time, and still at the same address until at least 2018.
