The Groom was using the name 'Hart' so would be the same for his father..
You will need to investigate Dutch fmily history research to find anything more. If the Groom Soloman became a British Subject then there may be more information on the document - try the National Archives.

Hello All
This is my 4 x Great Grand father and his marriage to Margaret Evans in Liverpool
Source citation for England & Wales Marriages, 1538-1940 England & Wales Marriages, 1538-1940 View record Name: Soloman Hart Gende: Male Marriage Date1 Oct 1839 Marriage Place: Liverpool, Lancashire, England Father: Soloman Hart Spouse: Margaret Evans
I have 13 DNA Matches that go back to this couple so I know they are my 4 x G Parents.
When I view the DNA matches some have the same parents some are blank and some have Solomon as his father. But the common one is this couple below. Netherlands, Birth Index, 1784-1917 Source info Birth, Marriage & Death Quick compare
Name Salomon De Hart Different Birth 1816 Rotterdam Different Residence 1816 New Father Machiel Meijer De Hart New Mother Betje Swei
How ever the marriage for Soloman and Margaret Evans lists his father as a Soloman Hart as well. This does not match up to what a lot of people have in their trees. I know many people do copy other peoples trees without the verification.
I wondered if he just put Solomon down on the marriage for convivence and that this couple is his parents.
I have the census from 1841 onwards for my 4x GGparents so not looking for those just want some help looking at his parents. Any help appreciated.
