Can't see any obvious sign of either Edith or George after 1921.
Perhaps if we had her DOB from the birth cert, we could find her in 1939.
Bertha married in Huddersfield RD, which might have been a clue, but doesn't seem to help, so far.
Bertha's marriage cert would tell you if her father was still alive.

What do you want to know about her? For her mother's name, you need the birth cert, as ErikaH says. If her father's not named on the birth cert, you'll never know who he was.
Definitely an illegitimate birth (if this is the right person):

Look for Edith’s birth on the GRO site, where you can easily identify illegitimate births. Buy a copy of the cert for mother’s name
Presumably, she didn’t name a father when she married?

Hi I am Looking for information on Edith Rogers. Fact: Married: George Henry Taylor 15/6/1908 Then living at 17 Swinton Road, Mexborough, West Yorkshire. At that address was William Drakely and family. He was also a witness 1911 she was living with husband and daughter Bertha.
Not certain Born: about 1889 Rotherham, her mother might have been Sarah Rogers at the Union workhouse Rotherham long term. Mother might have been at one time a domestic servant. In 1891 census it appears she is living with Mrs Mary Ann Spackman as her adopted daughter also in 1901 Census. regards Mycroft
