No, that's not him - that one's with his parents James and Harriet in Southwark in 1891 (and a Rampling uncle).

I thought Jimmy (as he was always known) was born in Tottenham. They moved back there as it states in the 1939 Register (which I did not know) but lived there until Mary died.

The trouble with having a common surname is exactly that!
