Find Ancestors

Hello I wonder if anyone could help me find a family on any census but preferably 1911
This is the info I have so far. This was given to me by a friend so asking on her behalf

William Smith born c1879 St Helens Lancashire married Mary Doyle in 1899 in St Helens ( Prescot reg district )

They had 4 children all born St Helens Lancashire

Elizabeth 1903
Mary 1905
William 1908 ( family think his name might have been Joseph William !! )
