That's a Church of Scotland burial, whereas the baptisms are all RC.

May or may not matter, but casts doubt.

I have five births below from Thomas McEwan and Bridget Semple (or Name Variants)

I suspect they are linked to Thomas McEwan and Bridget Semple (in my tree which I harvested from a Death Certificate - Charles McEwan 1857 dod) but can't find any digital records past the baptism details. It has been suggested that they may have gone overseas (I can't find any death records)

I wanted someone with international access to check names in the Americas and Australia to see if there were any hits (they may have some parent names in DC's)
