I wonder if anyone could help me find a family on the 1871 census. Although on censu it says born in Liverpool he was born in Milford Wales and moved to Liverpool when he was young

Sarah listed twice in 1871 - once with grandparents and once with parents and siblings . Not unheard of. - I have an instance of that in my own tree.

Presumably the children were just with their grandparents for a short while - maybe only on the night of the census. The grandparents would list them, as they should. The parents would (wrongly) just list all their children, even the ones not actually there on census night.
