I believe Thomas Stocks Married Lily Foster and Alfred Foster is her brother.
Lily is too young to be the mother of some of these children so is she as step mother? Was Thomas married before? There are also some British Army pension records for Thomas with some of these children.

So Thomas was also known as John T. He may have been married to Fanny Samms? but I can't see a marriage.

On close inspection of the 1911 image, his age could be 57, but mistranscribed as 37.
