On balance, I think that's probably the 1851 Joseph after all, in 1901 and 1911 above. [ No it's not - see rest of this post! ]
EDIT:
Yes, there's a tree on Ancestry for Joseph 1851, with parents Stephen Bulpit and Maria May, born in Bramley, Hants, and died in Aldershot 1933.
However, that Joseph married Eliza Brant in 1873, and he's with her and children in 1911.
Therefore the unmarried Joseph with sister Mary in 1901 and 1911 above may well be Joseph 1849.

Sorry everyone for the late reply and the confusion.
The information given to me was from a close friend who had asked me to help her.
James Bulpitt was born in1848 in Wooton St Lawrence Hampshire and died in 1918 not 1912 as she previously said
His death certificate says 88 Prescott road Wigan and he is buried in the cemetery at Ince Wigan Lancashire
His parents were James Bulpitt and Susannah Clarke.
She has no marriage for him and just wondered who he was living with when he died.
the death was registered by a Peter Cummings - no relation

Still can't paste records, but 1881 census has Tom born c1861, Hampshire, living in Wigan, a carter, son of William Bulpitt born 1831 Woolton, Hants, a carter, and wife Ann.
Birth record Dec 1861 Basingstoke Bulpit, Thomas, has mmn Ford on the Gro site.

You did say Joseph was son of James Bulpitt and Susannah Clarke, and a previous post by Maddie, shows they married in 1830.
