Jane Kew appears in 1841 Census which I've downloaded along with the original page. In the original, the occupation of her father, Marmaduke, Papermaker and brother Marmaduke, Tailor appear handwritten. But, in the transcript there doesn't seem to be a line for Occupation and I just wondered why that would be? Anyone have any answers? It would make stronger the assumption that Jane Kew is my ancestor because she is listed in later documents as married to George Burton who was a tailor. :-D

Always go by the original documentation.
It is always possible that form the transcriber was using didn’t have the option to enter the occupations. The transcriptions would have been done getting on for 200 years later.

Buy a copy of her marriage cert for the info it holds about her father if you want to prove it’s the right woman

Just wondering why later records have her born in Surrey? Does appear to be the same person though.
