Is this the John and Ann you say are her parents.
Whilst relationships aren't given on the 1841 census, Mary could possibly be a daughter and therefore a sister (or she could have been dau-in-law). Have you been able to track her ?

The deaths you mention.
You say they died in Belper - are you meaning they actually died in Belper or in the Belper Registration District which includes Heage
It's more likely I would have thought that they died at Heage if that is them in 1841

Don't know if Derek is still available to help. May just be that his thread slid down the boards and it's been forgotten about. Have a look at it and perhaps click on his name to send a personal message including the url to this thread. Could also add to his thread in case he keeps a watch on it.

Not helping with the question but a really sad story in the papers.
Mr. Mozley, Coroner. —On the 17th instant, at Belper, on the body of Mimer Blackham, aged 17. She was the daughter of Joseph Blackham, of Toadmoor, in the township of Heage, and lived with her parents, and, on the evening of the 22nd of October last, she ....' 27 November 1846 - Derbyshire Advertiser and Journal - Derby, Derbyshire, England
Basically on the 22nd of Oct, she was sent to Belper by her father to buy nails but these were stolen from her. She was so upset she told her father they were not ready and she would collect them the next day. She told her sister they had been stolen and she was going to pay for replacements 'as she could.' But her father went the next morning to collect the nails and she was seen running towards the river Derwent. Her apron was found on the bank and her body was found 2 miles downstream on the 17th Nov. She was believed to have thrown herself in the river 'from apprehension of the anger of her father.'
What an incredibly sad end to her life, poor girl.
Ann Blackham, was charged by Joseph Blackham, her husband with threatening to run him through with a fork at Todmore, Ambergate. The couple have been married 56 years, the husband being 75 years of age, the wife 73. case dismissed. 29 September 1875 - Derby Mercury - Derby, Derbyshire, England

According to John Harrison's probate documentation he died on 4 Mar 1847. His Will states that he was of Toadmore (sic) and his occupation was Nailor. He left everything to his Spinster daughter, Mary presumably because she most probably looked after her parents into their 80s and hence that is why she died wealthy. Sadly, there is no mention of any other children.
