Searching on the London Gazette, there's a petition to the Crown, publication date 15 Sept 1868, from the Ecclesiastical Commissioners for England, putting forward "the following scheme for making better provision for the cure of souls in the new parish of Crakeshall, in the county of York, and in the diocese of Ripon". |
