I'm wondering whether the wife's first name is 'Issabellam' ie Isabell. I'm thinking that the first letter that looks like a J is an I and that the second letter that looks like a P is the old fashioned way of writing a double S. |

I have to say that my initial thoughts was that the surname began with an O but there is a Bap for Isabell Waynwright in 1629 father Thomas. |

The Burkes mention of James Ashworth's marriage is likely to be all there is. Any parish record may not have survived. |
