Hmmm - tempting. But I think it's probably just the way children in that area were taught to write at that time.
He's not much of a speller - "singel" and "dauter".
Minnie certainly had elusive husbands. Or maybe just husbands with common names.
Ancestry suggests this is William in 1891 - but goodness knows if it is or not:
William Clark in the 1891 England Census Name: William Clark Gender: Male Age: 23 Relationship: Lodger Birth Year: 1868 Birth Place: Limehouse, London, England Civil Parish: Bromley St Leonard Ecclesiastical parish: St Gabriels Residence Place: London City, Bromley St Leonard, London, England Registration district: Poplar Sub registration district: Bromley ED, Institution or Vessel: 25 Neighbors: Piece: 323 Folio: 90 Household Members: Name Age Francies H Chapman 34 Elizabeth Chapman 33 Francies Chapman 10 Bella Chapman 8 Elizabeth Chapman 4 James Chapman 2 William Clark 23 - dock labourer

Do you think William Clark is actually Albert Read
If you look at the way Albert Read signed his name on marriage cert and the way William Clark wrote Albert on 1911 census they do look very similar.

William may have been on the "Stork" in 1871 - census posted earlier.
He may have been listed twice - once on the ship, and again with Maria and the children - also posted earlier.

It looks as though William (the seaman per Minnie's marriage cert, and stoker on some sort of ship per 1871 census) and Maria Randall may have been your Minnie's parents.
Susan Emily 1862 would therefore have been Minnie's sister, and William Richard Paul 1859 would have been her brother.
Both those names are also names of Minnie's children - Susan Emily 1897 and William Richard 1894.
We can't find the birth record for Susan 1862's sister Minnie.

The suggestion is - as I see it - that the child born in 1897 was named after her mother's sister
