I just thought this could be the correct one as two of his other brothers were in the forces..He was born 1826 in Manchester

There's a closed record after Mary's name in 1939.

There were two Hoole/Barber children born, 1930 and 1934, in Barton upon Irwell.
The 1930 child may have died in Salford in 1933.

Just because she was in Didsbury in 1901 and 1911, it doesn't mean she still had to there 28 years later in 1939.

I don't see any Elizabeth Barber in Didsbury in 1939.

I could hold onto that one ..Didsbury area and surrounding if possible
