The Army record posted by AG shows he had previously been a boy soldier in the Royal Artillery
Essex Regt. attestation shows he han been a boy Trumpeter. He was discharged as physically unfit on attaining the age of 18 years, for the ranks - on 15 July 1902.
Guess he got too old and bold to be classed a boy soldier!
Mother Mary was in Byculla Bombay

Albert Henry's army record is hard to read, but I think it says his mother Mary Galloway's address was 103 Brigade Road, Bangalore. His sister Julia was in Longtown, Cumberland. His sister Edith Fisk was at 13 Church Street, Bangalore.
I think that's dated 1904.
He was discharged on 1 Feb 1914 in Calcutta, and his intended address was in Calcutta. He was discharged because he'd been promoted to Sergeant in the Calcutta Police Force.

There are any number of marriages after 1895 for a Mary Galloway - apart from the Dutch sounding surname of the spouse , do you have any reason for picking that 1917 marriage out?

EDIT:If the 1876 marriage of Mary Sheehy, with father John, is the correct one, then the Van Beers marriage isn't her - father Richard Tustin - see below.
You say "another marriage the same year" - it's the same marriage, but with two different versions of the groom's name.
Mary Galloway in the England & Wales, Civil Registration Marriage Index, 1916-2005 Name: Mary Galloway Registration Date: Jul 1917 [Aug 1917] [Sep 1917] Registration Quarter: Jul-Aug-Sep Registration district: Sculcoates Inferred County: Yorkshire East Riding Spouse: Van Beers Volume Number: 9d Page Number: 364
But they seem to have repeated the ceremony in 1918 in Rotterdam:
Francis Jacobus Adrianus Marie van Beers in the Netherlands, Civil Marriage Index, 1795-1950 Name: Francis Jacobus Adrianus Marie van Beers Gender: Mannelijk (Male) Age: 28 Birth Date: abt 1890 Marriage Date: 30 jan 1918 Marriage Place: Rotterdam Father: Francis Jacobus Cornelis Joseph van Beers Spouse: Mary Galloway Father: Richard Tustin Galloway
