I think the witnesses were possibly church wardens or some such thing rather than friends or relatives as their names appear on other marriage records too. |

Unfortunately I don't have access to parish records and I would like to know if a copy of my ancestors marriage certificate exists. Do the records go back this far? Any help would be much appreciated. |
