Hi ArgyllGran, It was an unofficial fostering, apparently Thomas was camping near to my Gt Grandparents cottage, he made friends with the couples 6 children, they took him in and he never left. I think he was about 16. |

Possibly this birth - the dash under MMS usually means that as no mms is listed that the child was illegitimate. If he was registered in that way and no Father was named, you are very unlikely to find out who the Father was. |
