Unfortunately, if he didn't use his middle name Ernest, it's impossible to pick him out from the large number of Charles H Taylors born approx 1910 in later records - though I hope somebody will prove me wrong. |

Doesn't help with Charles but here's his Mum and sister and your grandfather in 1939. Not seeing Charles (searched using DOB on his baptism) but he may have already enlisted. |
