I wonder what happened to poor Hilda, who was presumably not in the house at the time - or maybe she was but survived. |

If they died as a result of enemy action in WW2, the records will be on the CWGC site |

Hi please can some one help please. I have a William Redfern born 1899 married Ellen Griffen born 1888 her father was Fred Griffen . William and Ellen had children Kathleen born 1921 and Joyce born 1926 they were all born Sheffield. But the thing is they all died on 14th of March 1941 at 43 Southey Hill Road Parson Crooss Sheffield . Idid here that a family of Redferns from that area had died from a bomb but not sure as it was told to me from an old relative when I was very young so not sure if it was true, so please can some one help to find if it was true thanks |
