A friend has asked me to help her with her dad he was Irish his name was Christopher McNamara he died Louth District Lincolnshire 1957 aged 41 so possibly born 1916 he had a brother called Kevin , where do you start with Irish ancestors please ? Many thanks |

There are 16 births in Ireland for the name Christopher McNamara in 1916 +/- 2 years. Has your friend any idea if her dad had a middle name or whereabouts in Ireland he was born? |
