Joseph Barton Machin murdered Gladys Stennett in 1935 in Wakefield Yorkshire. Im looking for any possible info on this please including date of death if possible.
Her death record shows her as being 17yrs of age on death.

Joseph was Gladys's cousin, and lived next door. He was in love with her, but she wouldn't marry him, so he strangled her with string in an allotment garden on 13 June 1935, and later hanged himself from a tree, probably on the same day.
