1939 Register |

Hi, the 1939 register shows a Cyril Walker who was at a naval training base in Hampshire. He went there in 1938. His guardian had signed his papers and thisis the address they had given. I am afraid this is all I know. I am looking to find out more information about Mr W Turner, the guardian. Thanks for your help. Pauline |

I can find Chapel Road Strood but only a few houses and not that one. You can'walk' down Chapel Road on Google maps, via this link which is connected to a flat in "Medtha House" Isle of Grain, Rochester , but the majority of houses are new, perhaps the original was demolished prior to 1939? |

I am trying to find out who lived at Medtha House Chapel Road Rochester Kent ME3 0DR in the 1939 census. I have that address for a Mr W Turner but I cannot find the census. Thank you Pauline |
