My grandmother, Winnie Clipstone (married name Stanley) born 1904 is shown as only daughter of William Charles Clipstone (born 1867 in Finedon, Northamptonshire, died 1948) and Sarah King (born 1871). It is however believed that she had a brother, Oliver Clipstone (born1892 in Finedon) whose parents are shown as Oliver Clipstone (born 1867 in Arlesey, Bedfordshire) and also Sarah King. I have been unable to find any real confirmation of this despite numerous searches. Can anyone help please? |
