On Family Search it shows a British Newspsaper Archive entry for the death of Annie Saxby, 64 years, husband of Mark Saxby. It gives the date of the event as 2.5.1928.

Can some one who has access the archive please check and tell me if is the date of death or date of entry in the newspaper.

Annie Saxby aged 64, wife of Mark Saxby of 9 Myrtle Ave, Williamson Street, Hull. Funeral Thursday May 3rd. Cortege leaves house 2.30 for Hedon Rd Cemetery. Sadly missed.
