DEATH OF MR GEORGE PETTIT
George Pettit, a well-known Worthing cabinet maker for the past 19 years, died last week, aged 49. and was buried at Durrington on Monday. Mr Pettit had shop in Crescent road for ten years, until in 1935 ill health forced him to give up most of his business. He died at 36, Graham Road, and leaves a wife and two children.
