Assuming Betty was born in Winnipeg, it's worth noting that Manitoba births are closed for 100y.

It's unusual for a record to be redacted on FMP but not on Ancestry. It's usually the other way round.
I suppose it's just possible that she has died very recently, since the 2019 ER was compiled. The 1939 record of a neighbour of mine, who died in 2017, is already open on Ancestry - I assume also on FMP.

Maddie, The child has been redacted on the FMP version but is still showing on the Ancestry one. Based on the info supplied by ArgyllGran, this girl is not deceased and should not be visible on either

Was on ER for Bury St Edmunds in 2003-10.
EDIT: In fact, still there with her husband on 2019 ER, per 192.com.

Alex's CEF record (p22 of 62) says "Embd Liverpool 31/7/1919" and "Debk'd 8/8/1919" A search at http://www.bac-lac.gc.ca/eng/discover/immigration/immigration-records/passenger-lists/passenger-lists-1865-1922/Pages/search.aspx using this info gets:
Ship:SCANDINAVIAN Shipping Line:Canadian Pacific Railway Co. Port of Departure: Liverpool Date of Departure: 1919-07-31 Port of Arrival: Quebec, Quebec Montreal, Quebec Date of Arrival: 1919-08-08 1919-08 Year:1919 Microfilm Reel Number:T-14701 Reference:RG 76 Item Number:6984
I searched Ancestry for Anderson arriving 8/8/1919 on Scandinavian
All Canadian Passenger Lists, 1865-1935 results for Anderson Results 1–26 of 26 View Record Name Birth Year Arrival Date Arrival Port Departure Port Vessel View Images View Record Alexander L Anderson date Quebec, Canada location Scandinavian View Record Lillian Anderson date Quebec, Canada location Scandinavian etc.
Maybe someone can check out the images - I expect they are listed seperately - Alex with the troops, and Lillian with the regular passengers. (As Alex's dependent, Lillian's trip would be paid for by the Dominion gov't.)

This is the marriage of that couple;
ANDERSON ALEXANDER TOZER EMILY LILLIAN 1917 644/20 29 Plantation
TOZER, EMILY LILIAN mms BATESON GRO Reference: 1895 D Quarter in PLYMOUTH Volume 05B Page 21
So it looks like the Alexander Anderson who travelled to Canada in 1919 is not your Alexander Liddle Anderson - especially as it seems he was born in Canada, not Linlithgow..

The 1919 travel record posted above by mgnv gives the following details:
The whole page is headed "Returning Canadians".
Alexander Anderson, 31, married, born in Canada. Destination: c/o GPO, Montreal. 106 [406 ?] Gordon Avenue. [I'm not sure if that's the GPO address or not - I guess it is.]
Lillian Anderson, 23, married,. Country of [birth ?]: England. Same destination as Alexander.
Aubridge L, 1, female, single, Scotland. Same address.
This will be the birth of that child:
ANDERSON AUTERDIGE LILLI F 1918 644/21 291 Govan
The column headings are very blurred on the 1919 travel record, and I can't really make them out. One column has the answer "yes" for Alexander, "no" for Lillian, and is blank for the child. [EDIT: "Have you ever been in Canada before?"]
One column has "yes" for all three. [EDIT: "Do you (something - probably "intend") to permanently (something - probably "reside") in Canada? ]
Two more columns have "yes" for the parents and "no" for the child. [ EDIT: from previous pages I see that those columns are for "Can you read" or "write".]
