I don't see Michael and Bridget together in any English census.

The only Irish Michael Foster of that YOB and living in England is this one, but he's unmarried.

When did your Michael move to England?
There are four Michael/Bridget Foster families in Ireland in 1901-1911, but those Michaels were born c1840-41 , 1861-66, and c1878.


There's an Irish Michael Foster born 1831, living in Liverpool in 1881, but his wife is Kate.

I can only see five Michael Foster marriages to a Bridget in Ireland in the 1800's. This seems the most likely for someone born c.1833 :-

Re that Michael who married in 1864 -

he's aged 23 at marriage, so born c1841.

I'll post the other details, just in case 23 is a mistake and they meant 28 - though it clearly says 23 on the document.

He's a farmer, living in Leigh, a bachelor.
Father is also named Michael foster, a farmer.

Bridget's a spinster, 17, living with her father John Coghlan at Monasterevan.
John is a Servant of Canal Company.

Witnesses are Michael Costello and Mary Brennan.
