Thanks malyon. These look to be strong possibilities for children of James and Mary but no idea how to prove it. |

I've not been able to find a marriage for James and Mary or any children, other than Ellen, born about 1757. Ellen married William Ireland. Most of William and Ellen's children seem to have been born in Hale, with a couple in Much Woolton. |

Thanks safc, looks like a strong possibility, as I have James' death as 1806 in Hale. |

I have James Sankey, born 1730 in Hale, Lancashire, married to Mary Hornhod. Mary was born about 1730 in Lancashire and I have her death as 1805 in Hale Village. Unfortunately, I can't find where I found this death. |
