Wow!
Oh my goodness, I can't believe what every one has done for me and my grandaughters, It's fantastic.
It's weird seeing all the place names as we see them every day on road signs. As for Poltreworgey, that farm is really near to where the girls were born. I'm loving the Devon connection. You might have realized that I'm the other Granny on their Mum's side so thats why I don't / didn't know any thing about their Dads side.
They have Devon now on both sides as my husbands family have links to Banstaple about three generations ago, so that's great.
I just want to give a huge thankyou to everyone for all the research you've done for us. I think I will actually do a hand drawn tree for them and will obviously print every thing out as is, so that they can see who has helped them. Many many thanks to you all
