I really think this is the correct William (or certainly the correct Everitt family:
Going back to the 1939 posted by Erika for Elizabeth (William's wife): 1939 Durham Household (5 People) 80 Back Of King Edward Street , Grimsby C.B., Lincolnshire (Parts of Lindsey), England
First name(s) Last name(s) DOB Occupation Elisabeth Everett 22 Jul 1901 Unpaid Domestic Duties Horace Durham 04 Sep 1901 Fish Trauler Deckland-Week By A Dennis (Tom) Everett 23 Feb 1932 At School Margaret Thompson (Everett) 03 May 1936 Under School Age Sorry, this record is officially closed. Check if you can open a closed record.
Marriages Mar 1900 (>99%) Durham Fred Grimsby 7a 875 Scan available - click to view Everitt Jane Grimsby 7a 875 Scan available - click to view
In that 1939 household with her was Horace Durham:
Name: Sydney Horace Durham - (this would be William's nephew - son of his sister Jane) Death Age: 71 Birth Date: 4 Sep 1901 Registration Date: Sep 1972 Registration district: Grimsby Inferred County: Lincolnshire Volume: 3b Page: 518

Note that Horace's brother was 'Tom Dennis' - the same name as William & Elizabeth's son:
Births Jun 1932 (>99%)..................... William's son?? ** Everitt Tom D Corcoran Grimsby 7a 962

Marriages Mar 1900 (>99%) Durham Fred Grimsby 7a 875 Scan available - click to view Everitt Jane Grimsby 7a 875 Scan available - click to view
** I am assuming that Elizabeth and Horace were not 'associated' ? and the children, including Tom Dennis were Williams? However, it was strange though that when William died in 1951 probate was to Eliza Trindall (wife of James) who he was living or at least 'staying' with in 1939.
It is interesting that Horace's brother (William's nephew) had died just 2 years before Tom Dennis Everitt was born so obviously he was named after the first one but had it been his uncle or his cousin he was named after??

It does give age 12 for William on the image but perhaps the enumerator forgot to notate days or weeks after the 12.

Elizabeth Annie Jacklin / Corcoran is in 3 members trees on here - go to Search top right of page and then search all members trees. Input details and tree holders will come up. You can then try sending messages to them. Explain why you are trying to find info. - don't just ask for them to open their trees to you.
Don't leave it to chance they try to contact you. And don't be surprised if you don't get n answer - for a variety of reasons !
Repeat with associated names and see what happens.
The Everett / Corcoran Marriage certificate will give declared ages, his occupation and the name and occupation of his Father and possibly whether deceased or not).

The Sculcoates birth is almost certainly NOT connected. I picked up on that birth from the d.o.b. for the man posted in Hadleigh in 1939 who is definitely not your William
Look at Maryb's post!
If he died in WW2 there will be a record on the CWGC site
You don't have to guess (or ask anyone) about the names of William's children - the births can all be found on freebmd

Thank you grey ghostlooks like you are all on the right William, I will look if he was away at war as just looking on the 1939 register with him not there and as you said war had broken out ,so he would have been away at war, maybe he died in the war as we cannot trace him ,or he could be the one on the post here who died in 1946,and the family Erica put on from Hull are possibly his parents and sibling ,so grateful to you all for the help xxx

Elizabeth Annie's birth reg. already posted - Q3 1900 - as Jacklin - pre parents marriage. birth could be from mid May-ish to end September as 6 weeks allowed in which to register a birth. Looks as though the informant was out by a year if the death posted by ErikaH is correct.
William around until as least 1939/40 (last child born 1940). But as he would be around age 40/42 when war broke out he could be away from home in the Forces and so not named on the 1939 register. Or away working and unable to find as birth year/date not known.
