Maddie's post just prior to this on previous page shows the elusive Annie Maria - born c1850/1 Ireland. So if parents married 1848 and Mary Ann Barker and Henry Warry Barker were both their children, then she should also be.

the only thing that doesn't make sense is the will in which Anna maria barker is mentioned in ( greyghost the one you have seen ) clearly states her name as anna NOT annie :-

Annie and Anna are interchangeable - also Anne

Don't get hung up on minor differences - especially in connection with years gone by.

No, don't do that. It's highly unlikely that anyone related will just happen by your post. And it's so much better to keep your queries about the same family on one thread on one board otherwise helpers have to flit between the various ones.

Be proactive and look yourself to see if any other members have her in their trees and then try sending a message through the GR system.

Go to "Search" top right of this page and then "search all members trees". Input her barest details and see if any matches come up. You can then send that person /s a message - explain who you are, why you think you are related and see if they are prepared to share information.

Don't be surprised if you don't get an answer. GR doesn't delete trees - owners may be deceased, poorly, no longer active, only used the site to build a tree and wanted no contact etc.

On the other hand - on Page 2 of this thread a post shows Ethel died as Ethel Saunders so didn't marry. There is a probate record posted too.
