On the marriage for daughter Elizabeth it looks like Golden Lane is her Husband's address. Her address is Dundrum |

My Richard Champion was alive at his daughter's, Elizabeth, wedding in Dundrum 1876. He is described as a tailor. |

If you're looking at the marriage certificate where Richard Champion is listed as Father and a Tailor - it is possible that the question was asked in such a way that he wasn't described as "deceased" to the official who completed the certificate. This happens more often than you might think. |

I agree with Greyghost- just because the father's occupation was listed does not automatically mean he was living. |
