It does seem feasible that Winifred V was Winifred M's daughter - but if so, it's odd that that 1923 birth comes between those of her Durrant children in 1922 and 1930.

Did William Durrant remarry??

If so what is his status on the new marriage cert

He states married on the 1939 register so would seem Winifred was still alive
