Hi,
I am trying to trace the parents of Walter Ernest Rowland b.1912 (although possibly registered 1913). He had two know siblings William H.Rowland and Dora, although birth years are unknown. Walter resided in Birmingham, where he married and had many children, although record searches suggest this may not be where he was born. We know that Walters mother was called Blanche although there is a little uncertainty around his fathers name. If anyone is able to offer information, I would be very grateful.
