Emma Rowles married Philemon Richards on the 23rd January 1825 at St Paul, Portland Square Bristol. I know nothing more about her when she was born or died inspite of searching. How many children they had I am not sure. They had 2 sons that I have found baptisms, and they may of had a daughter. |

Thank you for your assistance which was more then I expected. Philemon went to live in the USA in the 50's and son William possibly followed him, |

Have now received the death certificate. Emma died on the 5th February 1846 at St Peter's hospital, present at death was Mary Ann Richards who I have no record of. Cause of death, now I am only guessing the writing is dreadful. Plictisis?? 4 months ulceration. Intestines? 1 month certified. Sounds like a horrible death. On the 1841 census Emma's address is; Friars, St Paul Bristol. Emma Richards; buried - 11 Feb 1846; age - 16; burial place - St Paul, Portland Square, Bristol |
