Find Ancestors

I am having problems tracing Ellis's parents in the censuses. He is recorded as the son of William and Ann Clark at his baptism in Toot Baldon in 1832. Familysearch records his marriage to Rebecca Bowen Andrews at St James, Paddington, London on the 30th September 1855, but the occupations of their respective parents are not given.

in 1851 Ellis Clarke was living at a wine merchants in Oxford and his family with Rebecca are featured in all the censuses from 1861 to 1891.

I would really like to know his fathers occupation.
