	His father's death: CROSSAN ROBERT GLASS 83 mms MCNEIL 1979 662/ 173 Saltcoats Possibly his father's birth: CROSSAN ROBERT M 1895 578/ 749 Ayr There was also a Robert Glass Crossan born in Kilmarnock in 1962 - possibly some relation.

	I'm afraid he died in 2005: CROSSAN DAVID CARR 68 mms CROCKETT 2005 662/ 414 Saltcoats This will be his parents' marriage - it's the only Crossan/Crockett marriage in Scotland 1910-1937: CROSSAN ROBERT GLASS CROCKETT MARGARET 1936 597/ 65 Kilmarnock (Ayr) You don't have to buy a copy of that - you can buy credits on SP, and view/print the image of the original document. Minimum 30 credits cost £7.50. You'll need 6 credits to see the image. It will tell you their ages, and their parents' names and fathers' occupations.

	His birth record from Scotlands People: CROSSAN DAVID CARR M 1937 685/2 866 St Andrew (Edinburgh) As Greyghost has said, you can register with the site (free to register and do a basic search), then order a copy through the site. It will cost £12. But I think you mean you are trying to find where he is now?

	Look on Scotlands People doing the free search He was born 1937 You would have to order the birth certificate through them. .they cost £12 I believe As he could still be alive then posting his personal Info is an invasion of his privacy and against T&C ,s of the site

As the birth is less than 100 years ago you can order the certificte through the site but not look at and download yourself. https://www.freebmd.org.uk - free to use, gives marriage details so you can order that certificate through the GRO site No results for deaths up to 2006 England/Wales - limit of commercially available records https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/Wills - no probate results 2006-2018, though not all deaths result in probate records
