Thomas DIXON was the son of William Dixon and Ann Crow, baptised 2 Apr 1809 @ St Matthews, Walsall, Staffordshire. He is a brother of my ancestor. Can anyone help me find his first marriage and the death of his first wife?

SO the 5 children born to his first marriage have a mother Sarah (according to baptisms), maiden surname MASON or MEESON (according to GRO registrations).
But I cannot see a marriage, or a death for this Sarah DIXON (nee MASON?). She must have died between 1848 and 1851. Can another pair of eyes see something I have missed?

Thanks safc, that is a possibility. I'm not prepared to spend money on proving or disproving this one, as she is not my direct ancestor.

But I am so pleased to be able to update my on-line tree with details of the DIXON*MESON marriage. Several others have published trees assigning Phoebe Thacker as mother of these children, should be Sarah Meson.
